Breckenridge, stay at Peak 9.

Tons of great long blues and once your kid does those, can advance to easy blacks on peak 10.

We took DS to Breck his 1st time out west and above worked out great.

OP here - should have said besides Breck and Keystone (where we went last year and loved). Just daydreaming about next year.

After Breckenridge and Keystone, I would say Snowmass. Steamboat is a great family mountain too with direct flights to Hayden

I 2nd Jackson Hole. Also beautiful views of Teton mountains and a nice village as a bonus.
