Shoulders makes little popping during workouts

Not painful but uncomfortable slightly. They seem to be tiny pops…ideas? I always warm up and cool down.

Double jointed? Is it new? Does it hurt?

As I age, I'm like rice krispies: snap, crackle, pop

During my workouts its my shoulders, knees, hips - I think it's part of getting older

If it’s uncomfortable, I’d check in with a PT. It could be a muscle(s) pulling on the joint.

Start adding some collagen peptides to the diet as well.

But google some shoulder exercises that help with shoulder health. I'm sure you do shoulder presses, lateral raises, etc. for strength but add dead hangs, resistance band pull aparts, I, Y, and T raises. and I don't know what they are called but you hold a resistance band in front of you. Raise your arms over your head and then behind you. Then bring back over head and in front of you and repeat. Also stretch. Wall slides, sleeper stretch, etc.

mine does that too it's the rotator cuff rubbing/snapping on the bone.

Same here. My personal trainer says it's a good sign and shows joints not normally getting use are getting a workout.
