I love the taste of eggnog, and would like to try some egg nog flavored desserts. Google has not inspired me.
What have y'all got? I like the idea of an egg nog panna cotta type thing; anyone know how I could make one? |

There are cookies and cakes - egg nog frosting.
I think southern living always has recipes. |
| It's nutmeg, OP. That's the "taste" of eggnog. For an eggnog pan cotta, you would just add nutmeg to the milk when you heat it. Heck, you can just melt some Haagen-dazs vanilla ice cream, add a bunch of nutmeg and brandy/whiskey/rum, and boom - you have eggnog. |

I recently saw this recipe for Eggnog Pie on Youtube. I haven’t made it, so I don’t know if it’s any food, or not.

^Oops - typo! Should have read I don’t know if it’s any good. . . |
This. It's basically thin custard with a lot of nutmeg. Anyplace you can use a custard, pastry cream, creme anglaise, etc., you can egg nog it! |

I loved eggnog ice cream. Friendly's used to have it when I lived in Boston. Can't find any here now.
So I take vanilla ice cream (I use Hagen Dazs) and quicky soften it, mix in bowl with eggnog, refreeze.indo the same with vanilla ice cream and crushed Starlite Mints to get peppermint ice cream. |

I make egg nog panna cotta with egg nog and Knox gelatin, and a sprinkle of nutmeg. I add egg nog to waffles, bread pudding, French toast and sweet potato pie. |
