I have real problems with what ICE is doing and how they are doing it, but I honestly have no problem with ICE deporting people here illegally even if their criminal offense was minor and long ago. BUT I have issues with people being snatched by men/women not in uniform or wearing masks to hide their identity. I have major issues sending people to a foreign gulag and calling it deportation.

Our immigration laws are what they are due to our lawmakers and a string of Presidents not putting in the work to modernize and make them better. But if an Administration wants to use and abide by those laws and act with transparency, then people without legal status and with any crime on their record are fair game. I watched the whole thing. Nobody ever said it was a "parade" but it was NOT a riot until the police decided to start escalating by randomly firing rubber bullets and other weapons at people who weren't even being violent (like the journalist). You can CLEARLY see the officer behind her deliberately point his weapon at her and shoot her. FOR NO REASON. She did NOTHING to deserve that and there was NOBODY in her immediate proximity who was a legitimate target, either.

Blocking ICE vehicles may not be violent but it is impeding the enforcement of federal law.
