I watched the whole thing.  Nobody ever said it was a "parade" but it was NOT a riot until the police decided to start escalating by randomly firing rubber bullets and other weapons at people who weren't even being violent (like the journalist).  You can CLEARLY see the officer behind her deliberately point his weapon at her and shoot her.  FOR NO REASON.   She did NOTHING to deserve that and there was NOBODY in her immediate proximity who was a legitimate target, either.
