| If your DC applied TO, what were their unsubmitted scores? |
| 1250, Princeton |
did they get in? |
| 1230, second tier SLAC’s. |
Yes! It is really the only bad part of her application. |
She is very likely to fail out. |
|
| She is not going to fail out. Getting in is the hardest part. |
Congratulations! I love to hear stories like this. Best of luck to your daughter! |
| People here are delusional. A 1250 is very unlikely to be able to make it through freshman year of Princeton without a sub 3.0 gpa. |
| Op here - I just want the answer(s) to my question. No bickering pls. |
Oof yes, this is true at so many Ivies but not Princeton. The writing seminar alone takes out so many kids. |
"takes out" meh. There's many writing seminars that are super easy, and, unlike other universities, you know the profs before choosing the seminar. There really is no excuse taking a difficult writing seminar if you are a poor writer. |
| I wouldn’t trust history in this one. If score is neutral just submit. |
| Around 1200 (under if using one sitting, over if super scoring). |
