ID2 East Regional Training Camp

Roster for iD2 East regional training camp - 2011s - has been announced. Only two girls from the DMV were invited, one from VDA and one from Maryland United. Looks like iD2 is doing a different selection process than prior years. No one from Arlington or Bethesda? Scratching my head.

there were obviously boys invited too for the Dec 13-15 camp (VDA). So try again.

OP. The iD2 East regional camp set for this weekend has a boys side and a girls side - both rosters are on iD2’s Instagram. I saw that iD2 had an earlier boys camp for the DMV but doesn’t seem like they held a girls camp for the DMV - they just had a NC camp. And now it’s on to almost the entire eastern seaboard for girls.

I think these ID2 camps are meant for 2nd tier players, non ECNL.

Maybe the top players in the DMV don't compare well with top players from the other areas. But that would mean the DMV wasn't a very good soccer area.

2011 Arlington is a top 5 ranked team. BSC a top 20. The talent is there. The id selection is flawed.
