What do you make for dinner the night before Thanksgiving?

| We do light fare. Quiche, salad, maybe butternut soup this year. I have also done salmon florentine. My local mom hosts the big meal so im only responsible for some sides and have energy to make dinner on Wednesday. |

| If I am making/hosting dinner on Thursday, Wednesday night is restaurant or takeout. If I am hosting my in-laws for the week, that also means I’m picking up the tab for Wednesday. But it’s a small price to pay to keep a small shred of my sanity. |
