Hello: we are new to the area and looking for recommendations for a realtor - particularly interested in someone who knows Chevy Chase/Bethesda/Kensington as well as northwest DC - looking for someone who knows the neighborhoods well and is on top of new listings, off market listings and is very responsive. Also would love someone seasoned and knowledgeable about making competitive offers in the current environment. Thank you!!
We worked with Claudia Grinius at Compass earlier this year when we sold our house and we loved her. She knew a bunch of handymen and was able to prep for us to sell quickly. I know you are looking to buy, but I'm sure she would be great for you too.

Kathryn Schwartz - makes the process amazingly straightforward. She is patient and incredibly smart.
I didn't like either Claudia or Kathryn. Ask them what their buyer's agent commission is and then go for it. No need to pay more than 1% which is standard at both sides now.
|
Nurit and her team.
You should talk to them. |
Rebecca Weiner at Compass. She’s been great and very knowledgeable for that area.
Elysia Casaday at Compass. The best!
Some of these agents would charge you a lot so negotiate hard. No need to pay more than 1% of commission.
Sheena Burton saydam or Michele Yu!! They are very different realtors but both amazing. My friend worked for Michelle Yu and said she is the most honest agent and a killer sales agent! And Sheena is local to Montgomery county so knowledgeable and runs an incredible team from moco to dc and all over.
Heather Davenport & Rina Kunk are two good ones
Kathleen Ryan at RLAH
could you also mention the commission of these agents since it is coming down everywhere.
Corey Burr. Very attentive and patient
Ramona Barber - just read her reviews!
