Are Sweden and Finland really telling folks to prepare for possibility of war?

It really feels eerily simple molar to the few months leading up to COVID. People noted prepping abroad and asking what we were doing here in DCUMlandia. If these countries are telling the general populace to prepare, are they canaries in the coal mine for us?

The possibilty seems to ratcheted up for a few years but the lead up feels like it is shrinking.

Are countries like Poland warning people too?

Washington is pure evil. They knew Trump was going to de escalate the war so they wanted to rush this as fast as they can. They’re smart but Putin is smarter. Hopefully, Putin ignores and waits till trump is sworn in

As a percentage of GDP, Poland is now spending nearly three times as much as the US on defense. All countries on Russia's borders are spending heavily on their militaries - from the Baltics to Romania. It's only prudent with a belligerent Russia next door.
