What’s the best way to moisturize my nostrils?

Saline spray, Flonase, or something else?

Have you tried Ayr Gel? Saline, but in a gel so it (a less weird way to describe it is not coming to me) clings to your nose better.

Olive oil. Use a good quality one.

Saline gel. Vaseline for the skin at the opening.

Saline nasal spray up the nostrils and saline nasal gel at the openings. Not Flonase, that dries out your nostrils. Also, humidifier on while you sleep.

Thank you everyone! I’d never heard of Ayr gel. My PCP said to use Flonase, but I was concerned it could dry me out more since it’s for allergies.
