She and her husband welcomed their first baby, a boy, sometime at the end of October. I bet that baby is going to be gorgeous!!!

It doesn’t work that way.

Congrats on the baby though!

Yes it actually does. Good looking people often create good looking kids.

Funny then how all the gorgeous models and actors of the previous generation were the children of nobodies, and none of their nepo baby kids are as attractive as they are.

You don't know the rule? Beautiful people make ugly kids. Ugly people make beautiful kids. One uggo and one beauty you roll the dice. It's nature's way of recalibrating generationally.

I can think of lots of examples of good looking kids from good looking parents. Kim Kardashian - her mother Kris was absolutely stunning in her prime. Gigi Hadid - her mother was very good looking. Kaia Gerber - her mother was a super model. Sailor Brinkley is very attractive. Clint Eastwood’s son, Scott, is very attractive. Good looks often run in families. Some famous people don’t have famous parents. Not sure why you are triggered by this?

Sometimes that happens, but often good looking kids have good looking parents.

Does it seem most of the time the first born is the best looking kid?

Reversion to the mean.

Actually, that is not usually the case.

Nope, ever heard of reversion to mean?

The nepo babies can’t act either and they are ruining all the new movies.

You are rating the skills of plastic surgeons, not generations of people.

Nope. Prior to any plastic surgery these were all good looking people with good looking parents.

That is often true but doesn’t actually contradict what I said at all. Fame and good looks don’t necessarily go hand in hand.
