Has anyone revenge cheated to even the score as opposed to divorcing?

I'm not asking about the morality of doing it. But if you did revenge cheat, what happened?

Found out my wife cheated 6 months ago, trying to keep us together.
I swear it’s unintentional but I must be transmitting some sort of signal, women that I meet throughout the course of my day ask me to go to events, will text about non-business related things, I had one ask me to meet her for a drink. I haven’t encouraged or accepted any invitation, on one hand it makes me feel good, but on the other it makes me sad because I am walking around with this obvious vacancy that my wife once occupied and women are picking up on it. Have not retaliated.

So teach the piece of sh!t a lesson by becoming a piece of sh!t yourself. No, I wouldn't do that

Can’t you look up the extremely long thread that ALREADY talks about this??? Not that many people cheat- all of the usual suspects who frequent this board have already answered this question- look it up!!!

OP: "I'm not asking about the morality of doing it."

Whatever, I like to rehash these topics. Otherwise we'd have nothing fun to talk about.
Sorry, OP, I haven't had the opportunity to revenge cheat, since I don't think my DH has (physically) cheated, although maybe emotionally in the past)

Rehashing is boring. At least go find the other thread and resurrect it.

I think I would. It would make me feel better

I think anyone ch dating has rendered the relationship non existent so it's not actually possible to cheat on them back.

Just don't involve some innocent person in it

If you "revenge cheat" you forfeit the right to complain about the evils of cheating, as all of them now apply to you.

"revenge cheating" is such a self-own. "You hurt me, so now I'm going to hurt myself by abandoning my integrity and sucking the same way(s) you do!"

That'll teach 'em!

What would be funny is if he liked you being with another man and was like, "ohh do that some more and let me watch!" You never know.

Huh. I personally feel that reading a thread from last year is just useless. I guess we differ that way.

Maybe try reading a book or maybe making friends in the real world?
