Another vote for homemade whipped cream! Heavy cream + tablespoon of sugar + vanilla. So good.
Serve with fresh fruit. Or make a big batch of salted caramel and give to all your friends. |

Yep. I use a lot of heavy cream in my custard base for a quiche: 4 eggs, 3/4 c heavy cream, 1/2 c milk. |
