Now they need to invoke the 25th. If the president is hospitalized the VP needs to be sworn in.

You don't know what you are talking about.

He has an office at Walter Reed.

The VP just steps in if he is incapacitated (such as unconscious).

Sweetie, WTFU. The President is sick and is showing symptoms. He didn't tweet today. He's sick. I'm not suggesting that he is going to die, but he has a virus for which there is no cure.

Yep. If the President cannot perform his functions—and that is clearly the case right now—the 25th Amendment has to be invoked. Otherwise, worst case scenario, we have no Commander in Chief if this country gets attacked. It’s not as though he was a competent Commander in Chief, but now we have literally no one.

WTH are you screeching about? He’s not incapacitated in the least. Of course he can perform his functions. Grow up.

Ok Trumpster.

I think his body double will make the walk. He is too sick. This is a very worrying sign

You people are so ridiculous.

https://www.cnn.com/2020/10/02/politics/president-donald-trump-walter-reed-coronavirus/index.html

In a statement, the White House said Trump "remains in good spirits, has mild symptoms, and has been working throughout the day."

"Out of an abundance of caution, and at the recommendation of his physician and medical experts, the President will be working from the presidential offices at Walter Reed for the next few days," the White House said. "President Trump appreciates the outpouring of support for both he and the First Lady."

What, in the last 4 years, have you learned about Trump, Communications and Truth?

I’ve learned plenty about people who make it their life’s mission to stir up trouble and foment outrage on social media.

Not PP. I agree with you, but you must realize that some people have died very quickly from Covid-19, so I'm sure Pence, Pelosi, McConnell et al. have been briefed on the process TODAY, JUST IN CASE. Indeed I thought I read something about Pelosi receiving a call about it this morning.

Since tweeting is essential to his job, if he isn't doing that, he isn't working.

He was barely functioning pre covid. And now... he’s not at all.

Let’s see if he can walking to the helicopter.

That seems totally credible and also explains why he's on the highest dose of an experimental, unapproved treatment

I would expect nothing less than transparency and truth from this administration, given how credible they are at all times

Yes, it was on this thread, an NPR tweet. She has been tested for covid, too (she’s negative for it).

PP here. Yes, you are right and that’s understandable. However, I was responding to the idiot PPP who claimed the President “clearly cannot perform his functions right now.” This is a lie.

You are clueless.

There is a beautiful, large suite of rooms where patients of his ilk are treated.

VERY cushy and spacious, not a hospital room.
