God that woman is awful. Just a gleeful bully.

I read down. She supported the suggestion that people mail this woman copies of “Till” since, as she also noted, “(woman’s full name)‘s address is on Twitter (shocked emoji).”

They don’t want to keep it online, even. It’s so crazy and mean and wrong and deliberate, over days.

Please. They should face criminal charges for assault and menacing.

I’ve always been taught to create a scene in public if someone is trying to attack/mug/assault me to try and attract attention to what’s going on. I won’t do that in the future. I would hate for police to get involved and hurt that attacker. I’ll take one for the team next time. You won’t even hear my name in the news.

Here’s her go fund me. I do believe I’ll donate.

I don't know if I should be relieved or reviled that she has managed to attract $5k in donations so far. She's not evil but she's a terrible person.

I don’t understand how you can conclude that she’s a terrible person.

I think the subtext is that she's an awful person for daring to defend herself when faced with a potentially dangerous situation. We're not supposed to do that any more. We're just supposed to accept mayhem.

What mayhem?

This is a key takeaway. Women will not be helped and will even be demonized.

A Karen is a white woman who has any boundaries or self-respect.

Just remember in the future when you are in public that you are probably being filmed, and that clip may end up on TikTok or Twitter and ruin your life. Doesn't matter if you are in the right.

This is the new reality.

This thread is a fascinating example of the fact that people see what they want to see and believe what they want to believe. Just like people were too quick to believe the version of events that the men wanted us to believe, people are now accepting the narrative being pushed by the PA's attorney. The first version sounded off, and this version sounds off. All these people accepting the PA's version as gospel should learn from the mistakes of who jumped on the bandwagon of the black guy accusing her of Karen-ism. We really don't know what happened and it's not yet clear that the receipts prove what is being claimed.

All of this, yes.

I believe this version because of who her lawyer is and the connections I have to him.

That, and the fact there is strong documentary evidence backing it up.

Interesting. What is the alternative interpretation of the receipts and matching serial numbers?

If there were not literal receipts might think you had a point.

Agree. It's crazy how many on this thread are so outraged that this woman was bullied by am overjealous mob suggest we form a new mob and bully back. You see very few suggesting a moderated behavior while this thing plays out.

This is what I would like to know.

Are you saying somebody forged the receipts?

Why is the time stamp on her receipt redacted? Why include all info but that? Why can't both parties just put out their receipts, with time stamps, to clear this up?
