Ideas for what to cook wiht blue cheese...

I bought some impulsively and i can't think of what to do with it other than steak or a cobb-ish salad. What do you like to eat with blue cheese?

It's good on burgers too.

My mother in law makes a great dip. I do not have the recipe but I am sure there are many to google.

It goes well with spinach, pecans, apples or dried cranberries, and a vinegar based dressing.

Or chicken breasts stuffed with artichoke hearts and blue cheese.

caramelize some onions, melt in the cheese, toss with pasta and some pasta water until it's a good consistency. I had this at someone's home in France.

To me it's kind of a "waste" of a hunk of bleu cheese since I like to eat it on crackers like an avaricious cheese-crazed mouse but it was good.

^^oh so my answer is actually "crackers".
That's what I like to eat with bleu cheese.

Caramelized onions and blue cheese on a burger. Heaven.

Closely followed by buffalo chicken wrap.

I’d make a blue cheese sauce with gnocchi

You can make and freeze a blue cheese compound butter for future use on steaks, etc.

Blue cheese Yorkshire puddings or biscuits.

Not earth shattering but I make buffalo chicken wraps.

Fettucine with pears, walnuts (or maybe it was pecans) and blue cheese

Haven't made it in years, but it was delicious.

+1 crackers!

Great with split mission figs, fig spread too.
In a salad with apples and cranberries.

I had a great recipe that you could probably mock up pretty easily. It was a baked spinach egg white omelette (it was whipped egg whites with salt and pureed spinach which was based in in a sheet pan or jelly roll pan), rolled jelly roll style around a mix of cream cheese with blue cheese and chopped tomatoes. Similar to this, but filled:
