What is your monthly take home pay?

After taxes, 401K etc...how much do you take home?

I take home $4500 monthly
Anonymous
About $8600.

$5000 for me, $7000 for spouse.

Average $1700 month

~8300 for me ~6100 for spouse… though I’m not sure what you’re trying to accomplish with this random query

$4400

16K (excluding equity vesting / bonus). Spouse is currently on a sabbatical to start a new business, previously took home 14K.
Anonymous
$6,800 for me
$7,900 for DH

But we both get paid every 2 weeks so there are extra paychecks some months that we use to play catch up with savings or for big purchases/travel.

About 8,000 but that doesn't count bonuses, which are variable.

This thread has me feeling less like DCUM’s poor relation so far: $5,200 for four weeks.

Slightly under $3000 after self employment taxes.

I don’t have 401k

OP, repost. The question should be how much do you make gross vs how much do you bring home. S/O from the other post about net pay for a government worker.

If you put a bit from your company to an Individual 401k, you could reduce your tax burden.

$15,230/month for me and DH combined averaged out over 2024 including bonuses. Of that, we save $5,300 in post-tax savings and spend roughly $10k/month.
