What country would you rather raise kid in?

If you did not live in the USA, where would you choose to raise your kids? Serious question as we are exploring other countries to move to. Looking for a slower pace, less reliance on cars to get everywhere, better air quality and soil quality, and more focus on community.

England, Scotland, Wales
Spain, Portugal, France, Italy

Basically all of the EU, lebanon, if it wasnt about to get invaded/didnt have to deal with Israel (not saying whos at fault, point is that Israel being there has caused instability that even colonization hadnt and it was a Superb place to live before all that nonsense started)

Singapore, if a total expat - shanghai or Beijing, UAE, South Africa, Türkiye

I'd look at immigration policies first. Can't just pop yourself in.

I would raise them in the USA first because, having lived abroad in many different countries, I think we have by far the best quality of life.
However, outside the US, my top personal choices would be:
Italy, France, Malaysia, England
