How can MCPS do this? Hundreds of EVs but they still use as much diesel.

Where did you get these numbers? 86/1300 is less than 10% Fuel usage variation at this point depends more on routing assignments and how many virtual days there are. Usage is down 3% from precovid (0 EV) to 2023 (5% EV) while enrollment has increased. |
