| Kudos to VDA and NVA for making top 25 on the boys side. No DMV club on the girls side though. |
| NVA got screwed on the girls side. |
And yet this board makes it their pleasure to crap all over both clubs. |
Nobody cares about ECNL boys. MLSNext. |
Not really. They were the 3rd best in the mid-Atlantic, a sliver ahead of VDA on average placement. It was probably NVAs high watermark, as they are poised to slide back this year at the 3 upper ages. |
Why would they slide back? |
Because their coaching sucks. |
Departures as well as not picking up as much as other clubs + the 09s have not been doing well since the regular season ended last year, so it's hard to see them repeating what they did last year. |

Topics like this are the main reason why nothing good would happen to American soccer soon.
Your kids will win all their trophies before u19 some even before u13 because they are wasted in the current process of development. Not after like it is supposed to be and they have enough talent to be there but wasted. you focus who wins in u13,u14 etc not development, which club developed and sent kids to DC United or Europeans academies etc. You are obsessed with winning in young age so you get this from your clubs, not development. And then the same people discuss why American soccer sucks and do it with serious faces. |
Except some people do (and not for nothing, having played a few MLS Next teams, it's a whole lot of hype for a league that also has some very good teams and some very shite teams (plus everything in between). There's literally no reason for you psychos to keep crapping all over ECNL boys. Who hurt you? |
Im pretty sure it’s not multiple people but one and I’m guessing 14 maybe 15 years old. |
|
Unless it is MLS Next academies, the local MLS Next clubs are comparable to ECNL.
2011 SYC lost to VDA 2011 SYC lost to Arlington ECNL R 2011 Arlington ECNL tied with DCU
|
I assume you aren't ignorant enough to be making comparisons between quality of teams based on preseason scrimmages where coaches are mixing and experimenting with lineups? |
Don’t hate. Accept it. |
Oh it’s you again- blaming the MLS losses on coaches ‘experimenting’ and not really playing. Yawn. |
