looking for a nonfiction book that would work for our book group

Anonymous
Our long-established and fun book group mostly reads fiction, but at the suggestion of one member, we're trying to find a nonfiction title for September. I'd love to hear any suggestions for a nonfiction book, around 300-400 pages. We're pretty varied in what we read, but the nonfiction books we've enjoyed most have been memoirs. TIA for you recommendations.

Thanks for these great suggestions! We're going to read All That She Carried for September and will put Say Nothing on the calendar for 2025. (BTW, my husband read Say Nothing and raved about it.)
