Nourish Move Love

I have tried so many apps and YouTube channels and am here to recommend the only one that I find energizing while note annoying. It leaves me slightly sore. The woman who runs it had diastasis recti, has dealt with injuries, and knows what it’s like to chase after little kids all day. She focuses on whole body exercises with a mat, dumbbells and a chair or bench (all optional) and her partner does a modified routine. She also says things like “holy bananas” that speak to my late Genx/early millennial sensibilities.

I have not paid for any of her programs and am in no way affiliated, just wanted to share as a way of giving back, since I have learned so much from DCUM.

+1. Very efficient workouts. When I am consistent, I can see and feel results.

I follow her workouts too. Just bought a tank top! I don’t do every day of her plans since I go to the gym for classes but I pick a few each week.

I didn’t realize she sold clothes. I haven’t spent a penny on her stuff and felt a bit bad but it sounds like she is doing fine for herself if she also has merchandise.

She opens it up every few months with a few shirts and sweatshirts.

Where she makes her money is ads and affiliate links. She gets money for every link she clicks and she’s a lululemon for person so she’s always advertising them and the things she eats, drinks, etc. Can’t fault her though- it’s her business. And I don’t pay for her monthly membership. Also she films in her house so she’s not paying for filming space.
