I really like Supergoop unseen sunscreen, and read that Trader Joes makes a dupe of it. It almost acts as a primer asit seems to smooth out my complexion.

I like Elta MD, but only seem to be able to find it online so I don’t buy it as often as a sunscreen I can get in a store.

I have read good things about LaRoche Posay’s hydra line.

What facial sunscreen do you like best? And do you wear a different one daily under makeup / to work vs to the pool/beach?

Neutrogena face 60+ always gets in my eyes.
LRP Anthelios 50+ works for me.

I use TJ’s Supergoop dupe. I love it and always have at least 2 unopened on hand, because it can sell out.

I also use LaRoche Posay’s spf 50 mineral light fluid, not tinted. I am super, super pale so it doesn’t leave a cast — it evens out my complexion, but on anyone even slightly darker I assume it might look a bit odd. It protects better than the Tj’s, so if I’m going outdoors much or driving for a long period this is the one I reach for.

I'll wear something waterproof if I'm going to be outside, but really struggle wearing something daily as they all make me break out. Even the Supergoop ones cause me to break out terribly.

sometimes mineral matte screen. I like the TJ’s dupe as well.

If I’m doing something active I wear something like Thinksport on my face instead.

I can't stand Unseen Sunscreen--that slippery silicone feeling is anathema to me. I love LRP Anthelios 50+.

I use the LRP mineral one but tinted. I think the tint helps avoid any white cast I’d get from the untinted. But I am also a light skinned white lady so YMMV. It does even my skin a little with the tint so that’s a bonus - I don’t wear makeup over it.

I used to do LRP Anthelios Clear Skin as it felt good and didn’t hurt my eyes.

Now I like Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Moisturizing Face Serum with Vitamin E & SPF 60. Very sheer and also doesn’t hurt my eyes. Much cheaper too.

I also keep a small stick in my purse for reapplication. Love this one: Abib Airy Sunstick Smoothing Bar SPF50.

PP here. Above are my everyday sunscreens. If I’m going swimming, I wear the kids’ sport sunscreen. It does make me look super white but everything else seems to come off sooner in the water.

I have to use a zinc based product on my forehead or else it will run into my eyes. I use Elta MD (whichever one says creamy/moisturizing).

For the rest of my face, I import Vichy Capital Soleil from Europe (Care to Beauty is the shop I use). And my family uses Garnier Ambre Solaire on our bodies.

Elta MD. Amazon auto ship so I’m never out.

I wear this everyday and to the beach. We were in Hawaii and this is what I wore on my face everyday. I also live where it’s sunny 360 days of the year. I also wear it on my arms and hands daily. I lobe that it’s not sticky.
