So this is a public figure, so I might ge kicked to politics, but if someone has “happy ending” for their back waxed, what does that mean? My understanding is.. not legal in most states, but is this Venmo slang I’m not hip to as an oldster?

I am aware of its usual meaning. That is prostitution and thus illegal. This appears to be a “joke” he made in a public forum, as a barred lawyer and sitting senator. Or it has another meaning, hence my question. |
