Referral for New Pool Construction in MoCo

Hi all! I have finally decided my husband is right and our oversize backyard needs a swimming pool. I am looking for recommendations and referrals for companies you specifically have worked with in the last couple of years to build and install your swimming pool.
The good, the bad and the ugly. We would be doing it where our yard is a bit hilly. Would probably need a small deck and pool house. What companies do you recommend? Which ones to avoid? What’s the best value? Our kids are 13, 12 and 10 and love to entertain! But it’s really for us. How long does it take? What’s the overall cost? This would be for the area of Potomac off of River Road Known as Travilah/North Potomac. We are on well water. |

| We currently have a contract with Anthony Sylvan and they were very responsive leading up to contract signing. Now that we're in the construction phase, they aren't nearly as responsive. They have good reviews overall but their responsiveness leaves a lot to be desired so far. |
