Wegovy - best thing that ever happened to me

Anonymous
Just to balance out all the naysayers…
Tried every diet under the sun for the past 30+ years, up and down, up and down.
Lost 65 pounds on Wegovy and I could not be HAPPIER!!!!
It’s fun to be able to just buy normal clothes and have everything look pretty decent. It’s fun to not think about what I should not be eating every day. It’s fun to be able to concentrate on other things instead of wasting time thinking about food.
I could not care less if I have to take it my whole life. It’s nothing compared to the joy it gives me. I just hope that it keeps working.
It’s really too bad that being heavy is so depressing, but I am thankful for Wegovy every single day!!!

Yes, OP!

I lost 40 lbs and my cholesterol went back down into the normal range (I am not on any meds for that).

Add to that the reported side effects of reduced chance of stroke, heart disease and heart attack. Yes to all! It's been a wonder drug for me.

For the women in this thread, did any of your boobs get smaller? I haven’t tried this yet but I’m a 38L (!!!) and hoping if I go this route they’ll become a bit more manageable.

Still early days but I’m with you OP! Started taking compounded semaglutide two months ago - was prediabetic after having gestational diabetes and NOTHING worked (I cut carbs, gluten, grains, sugar, alcohol, coffee, fasted etc etc for months on end and didn’t lose any weight.)

I’ve lost six pounds and my body composition is changing. I’m so pleased. Cheers!

I've lost 65. I went from 2x to l/xl. I feel so much better, but am saggy everywhere. Not complaining just giving folks a heads up.
