School board member insurrectionist

Here's a guy who was just convicted and so far has not resigned from the Frederick county school board. The Fourteenth Amendment applies to him too.

He wasn't convicted of insurrection. He was convicted for trespassing and disorderly conduct. He's not going anywhere. You should learn to read the room. The J6 prosecutions were a huge overreach and most of them will be pardoned, rightly, when Trump is back.
