Is there a bathtub, a dishwasher, air conditioning, would tenants be responsible for snow removal or any upkeep of outdoor space (mowing, etc.)?

Probably $3,500
But Search for 2/1 rental in the building and around the area to price it correctly.

For a basement? $3500 seems high but I could be out of touch.

Is it a legal space with egress windows/exit?

I think $2500… maybe. Probably less. People really don’t like basements and col heights is getting a little sketchier these days

My first thought was 2500. No one is paying 3500 to live in a basement.

Just look it up on zillow. That's the market clearing rate.

Agree. You could get a really nice 2bed 2bath with a view in Arlington for that much and not worry about getting shot. I would never pay that to live in a basement in CH. But then I would not live in a basement or in CH period.

It also really depends on how much natural light you have.
