I love this salad with steak in the summer. Grill the corn with the steak. Comes together fast and easy - you can prep the dressing in advance.

I serve it with oven roasted potatoes and a green salad.

grilled asparagus and green onions
grilled peppers drizzled with evoo and balsamic
grilled bread (rubbed with garlic and tomato, or topped with bruscetta)

I make flank steak on the grill last week. I made a chimichurri sauce to go with it and served it with grilled broccoli and roasted small potatoes.
