wow US universities are falling |
Link doesn't work. |
Pretty meaningless |
Purdue ahead of Rice. LMAO |
This settles everything then. Rankings rule. |
Where is Dartmouth? UVA?
|
+1 |
These are essentially research university rankings. In that context it makes sense that Purdue is that high and UVA is low. Rice has a couple of good departments like EE and Applied Math but Purdue is excellent across the board in engineering. There are done head scratchers on the list like Edinburgh being that high. |
I'm shocked the Berkeley isn't hire. It doesn't have a great undergrad experience, but it easily has research and faculty researcher impact levels of Harvard, Cambridge, etc. Also, Caltech being 10th was shocking for how small it is. |
Ranking is junk is why. Imperial college as second and Princeton being that low amongst others is a joke. |
I mean aren’t they all? Someone only likes a ranking system when their school does well. Hates it when their school doesn’t. |
Brown ranks so low |
NP--disagree. Not pretty meaningless. Totally meaningless. |
