| I have a degree and an uncle in Canada; would that be enough? |
| Canada needs to want you. I have friends who did this prior to the 2016 election and one of them was a GP which was essential as I understand it. |
| I'm staying. We survived one Trump term and can survive another. The public will turn on him when he fails to solve the problems he claims are Biden's fault. |
| Bye bye Demonrats! |
| If only people would leave. |
Why do people who want to move because of Trump always choose to move to a whiter country? Shouldn't you want to move to Cameroon or something to own Trump sufficiently? |
|
Why is this a recurring question?!?
You know you're not going to move. I'm a left-leaning foreigner, and staying here. My European country is politically very divided as well. We need to ride all this out, all of us, however we can. |
| I'm moving to where Barbara Streisand moved in 2017 |
| What are Iceland’s visa requirements? Is the language hard? |
|
Why would you move? Are you delusional enough to think storm troopers are going to invade your house and drag you to concentration camps in deepest Montana where you will work in labor gangs breaking up rock?
Just like the Republicans didn't move when Biden came to power, Democrats aren't moving either. In four years we have another election. Life goes on. I must admit I'm curious as to why it's always the left who freaks out and posts about moving when it seems like a Republican is going to win, but the right never freaks out and posts about moving overseas when a Democrat wins. |
| I'm moving to Hong Kong |
| I’ll stay here as my tax bracket situation might improve but lose sleep at night based on how we treat women and immigrants in this country. |
| Haiti |
| Why would you want to move? Trump was president for four years and the earth stayed on its axis. What exactly do you think will happen that's bad enough to make you move to another country? |
You can actually drive to Canada. And easily return to the US to visit family. And you don’t have to learn a new language. And it’s not about “owning” Trump; it’s about not being subjected to his policies. |
