Geez, I knew there would be cuts but didn’t realize that they would cut the budget by billions of dollars and leave MCPS with a measly $3 million for next year. |

I have not read the articles. What is current school year(ends soon) and next school year budget? How mamy percentages of cuts are we talking about here. No way it is only $3 million for mcps next school year. That is not enough to pay salaries. |

| Can someone from the MCEA please explain why they keep asking us to "fully fund" MCPS's budget requests while they repeatedly and accurately point out how corrupt and mismanaged MCPS is. You can't reasonably ask the general public to write blank checks for a broken system. |
