For me:

-make dough instead of using pre-made dough for pigs in a blanket and pizza
- homemade cookies, crumbles + cakes instead of pre-order made

I’ve been making Cinnabon’s.

Beans. It's amazing how many dried beans, once cooked, I can get for an equivalent of canned beans.

Dried beans in my Instant Pot
Homemade English muffins, pizza crust, artisan no-knead bread
I enjoyed making cookies, muffins, quick breads before inflation got so bad, but now I hardly buy any sweets at the store. I make our birthday cakes now, too.

I love those freaking TruFru, frozen fruit covered in chocolate. But it is so expensive, I started making my own. They are 95% as good but about 30% of the price.
