It happened in the 5800 block of 7th Street. The victim, a police drove himself to 4D which is across the street from Walmart. It was so much miss information given out at the time. |

| I watched the police chief's press conference and it seemed like her answer to everything was "I don't know." It's still unclear exactly what went down. But I'm very glad the guys were caught, now time to actually prosecute. |
