I am a teacher. I have three kids with me. No information has been given to staff or students. Multiple sirens are being heard. The kids and me are safe right now.

Mo Co Police twitter says "lockdown due to a reported threat. " tons of cop cars and kids runnign into the school about 10 minutes ago

I’m a parent and I’m enraged. When will MCPS acknowledge that there is something seriously wrong at BCC? The number of incidents we’ve had this year is not normal, and MCPS needs to take action.

A bomb threat would clear the building, not have the school go into lockdown, I think. It's probably a weapons threat.
