| I’m depressed. I’m in therapy and taking medication but I’m still depressed and have been for a while. I have this feeling that I want to do something BIG to, I don’t know, feel something different. To shake things up. Get a tattoo? Except I don’t want one. Buy a new car? Except I don’t want or need one and can’t afford it. Have a baby? I’m too old, I’m not healthy, and it’s not a fantastic idea to create life just to shake things up. But I need something. Any ideas? |
