I am 4'10 and very thin boned. I look my best at 105-108 but as an adult I cannot keep my weight down very much. I am currently 115 but would love to go down to 112.

I'm 53, 5' (ok, probably like 4'11.5"), and currently weigh 115. Also small frame.
I did look best at 103, but at my age, I probably won't look that good anymore at that weight. For me, the biggest issue is my gut (middle age, menopausal), but also, I'm finding my butt is really saggy now. My boobs are too small to be considered saggy. That's the only plus of having small boobs. When I was younger (30s) up to like 105 was good. I was like 95lbs until I was 31. Probably too skinny then. Not like I didn't eat. I ate a lot (was teased for it), but I guess metabolism slowed down in my 30s. |

I am 105 of solid muscle. Age 52. Gymnast as a child, serious athlete in college, now do 4 triathlons a year. Slowing down is scary! |

I don’t know. Im 5’1”. I’m trying to figure that out. Before my mid-40s, I was a constant 108. I ran 3x/wk.
I’m 50 now and have been wavering between 118-120 for a while. But I started weight training and while my weight has stayed the same (dropped maybe a little), my body is firmer. I think I’d like to get to a constant 113-115 and see how that feels with more muscle mass (and slightly less fat than I have now). I think at around that weight I may look similar to my 108 days but more toned. |
