Loeffler and Perdue demand GA Secretary of State resign

The GOP is going to have to figure out how to fix this. They created it.

Trump is really sinking the chances of Perdue and Loeffler to win. Not only with his team’s crazy antics but also because they can’t get on the campaign trail and argue the Republicans should vote for them to secure the Senate against a Dem majority.

It’s only a majority if they acknowledge Biden won and therefore Harris is the deciding vote!!

Loeffler is a Senator from Georgia. Presidents don't appoint Senators. At least, not in the traditional USA. Maybe had Trump won...

From what I understand, when the regular senator Isakson left due to declining health, Trump apparently wanted Doug Collins to be appointed but Kemp chose Loeffler. Sidney Powell (who is not Trump's lawyer) backed Doug Collins (R) in the special GA Senate race and said his loss to Loeffler as well as Trump's loss was a result of the Georgia election fraud that they are claiming. Also, Trump appointed Collins to oversee the election fraud/recount in Georgia who is actively discrediting the election (endearing himself to Trumpers). Trumpers are calling out Kemp/SOS and to some degree Loeffler and Purdue for not doing enough to try to overturn Georgia's election. (It's tricky for Loeffler and Purdue to actively call it a fraudulent election since they are then questioning their own "wins" as the frontrunners.) They also don't want to turn off Rs and Trumpers from coming out to vote on Jan. 5 which is what Trump, Powell, Collins and Lin Wood seem to be doing, kicking the Rs in the foot, so to speak.

So, the Rs that lost are saying to the Rs that are still in the running, since you didn't help me win, I'll make sure you don't either. Like a cheerleader who didn't make the competition squad sabotaging her squad mates from winning the Championship, to make sure they can't be a part of a Championship team she didn't make. She saves face by claiming they couldn't win without her (and she really doesn't care if the other team wins instead, just as long as she finds a way to make herself look better, while getting the feel goods of watching those who rejected her suffer). How very mean girl of them!

Trump doesn’t want the Republicans to have a majority in the Senate. It works better for his campaign message for 2024 to have the House, Senate and President in the hands of the Democrats.

I sure hope so. You can't reason with these nutjobs. But you can use their conspiracies against them.

Sounds like a reason for the Governor to resign

Funny, that is what ALWAYS happens. There is a thing called anonymity of the vote, so once the signatures and voter information is validated, the ballots are separated from the envelope and put into the tabulation pile.
