Your best revenge /karma story

My story is a mild one, but I still remember it and chuckle.

We had a pretty strict gender division of house chores growing up. I did the cooking, and my older brother did the lawn work and that sort of thing. He'd also swipe food (especially desserts) whenever he could get away with it. Sometimes that made extra work for me, but I didn't/couldn't make extra work for him.

As I was doing the Christmas baking one year, I was also doing decoupage for gifts on the side. I was experimenting with a new mix that was half Elmer's glue, half flour-and water. The bowl looked almost exactly like a frosting glaze.

You can guess where this is going, and you are exactly right. He had spooned about half in his mouth, holding it high over my head and gulping it down fast so I couldn't grab it away, before he realized the mistake. It didn't make him sick, and we laughed about it for years. (He had a good sense of humor, even if he was a bit of a dick.)

Years ago driving into work I was going the speed limit on a highway in a more rural area. The BMW behind me wasn't satisfied with that and was flashing lights at me and riding my bumper. I saw the car ahead of me brake suddenly, so I started to brake. I had a big following distance because of the idiot behind me, so I slowed rather than slamming on the brakes, and I quickly saw the car was brakng for deer in the road. The idiot behind me laid on his horn, whipped around me, and floored it ... right into the deer. I did feel bad for the deer

When I was 19 or so I was head over heels for this guy I worked with. We became friends. He had a girlfriend and about 10 of us started hanging out as a group. I obviously didn't pursue him because I knew he had a girlfriend. She was extremely possessive of him and frankly kind of abusive towards him. Fast forward about 6 months and they break up. Kind of the whole group sort of did. Anyway I'm at my house one night and he shows up and basically confesses that he was in love with me. We started dating and it was amazing. I truly loved him and I really believed he felt the same (and honestly it didn't seem reboundish because it was a few months after the breakup). Fast forward a couple months later and old girlfriend comes back in the picture. She knows we are dating and is furious. He tries to get her back by telling her that I threw myself at him and seduced him. That it "meant nothing" and he has no feelings for me. I was basically devastated. Like truly truly hurt by his words. She promptly becomes pregnant. He has a very low paying job and she has no job. He joins the army and they quickly get married. While he is away she 1. Spends all his money. 2. Sleeps with pretty much everyone. They ended up having 2 kids and then getting divorced when one of his friends informed him that his wife tried to sleep with him when he was oversees. I ran into him about a year after that and he ran over apologizing to me, saying he was wrong blah blah blah. I have never felt such disgust for someone in my life.

Interesting because your comment is the one with incorrect grammar.

My co-worker hit his car on the pillar in the parking garage. I laughed and made fun of him for hitting a stationary object. Few months later, I scrape my car on the pillar. Then a few months after than, I backed up too far and hit the pillar. Karma is a bitch.

I was a shy awkward kid who got bullied a fair amount. As a young adult in my late twenties, now married with a successful career, low and behold, my childhood bully was my waiter at the cheesecake factory. He was a single dad trying to get his "rap career" started and waiting tables in the interim. I looked up his youtube rap videos later that evening and they were shitty. It was satisfying to have him wait on me and I did leave him a nice tip!

I disagree. She didn't do anything trashy - unlike the cheating e-wife.

Anonymous wrote:Girlfriend of 2.5 yrs broke up with me our senior year of college because I had gained about 20 lbs (i.e. from 190 to 210, I'm 6ft tall). Was super hateful about it - telling me how disgusted she was by it and how she no longer found me physically attractive. Messed up my confidence for a number of years after that. Roughly 10 years later I google search her out of curiosity and find picture of her, and she was morbidly obese (i.e. from 125lb in college to at least 200lbs, and she's about 5'3" tall) Part of me feels bad for her, but I can't deny that another part of me feels like its karma.

That's not morbidly obese. Grow up.

Years later I was working as a Paramedic when we were dispatched to a pedestrian hit by a vehicle. Sure enough the patient was this dreaded bully lying on the street with an open fracture to his femur.

Needless to say it was the most enjoyable call I’ve ever been on. “Surprisingly” it was the only IV I couldn’t hit in my life so he had to go without any pain meds.

Holy unprofessional... EMT's don't take a hippocratic oath, but you do have your code of conduct to uphold.

Hope the smile on your face wasn't as big as your lack of ethics.

Love this one. Hope you have great family holidays now.

NP. You are honestly such a complete loser to even think anyone would give a crap about this. Report him based on his IP address for not putting in an IV for a 10 minute ambulance ride?!?! My god do you people hear yourselves?

I mean, I hope in a time of true emergency when I’m at my weakest, the medical professional who has my life in their hands is mature enough to close their eyes to something I may or may not have done decades ago and you know, focus on saving my life. He poster who didn’t administer appropriate medical care is the true loser.
