Your best revenge /karma story

A year ago, I acted in a management position in my office while others were being interviewed (I did not want the job). A man on the team would refuse to do what I assigned him and even told another team member to ignore my requests. He recently threatened to leave unless he got a promotion. When asked by our manager what I thought, I told her that he was not deserving of a promotion and we would easily be able to hire someone else to do his job. He didn't get the promotion and is now looking for a job elsewhere.

Yeah. I don't allow people to mess me about.

You are crazy and disgusting and I see why he broke up with you. Get thee into therapy STAT.

Like you haven't done anything crazy or stupid in your time miss holy one.

One woman who was very cruel to my child got cancer. After a few years she died. I didn’t feel good about it. But I didn’t feel bad either. Missed the funeral.

About 20 years ago I briefly was running a company that was in complete chaos. We were selling a piece of the business and we told the guy running it that his team would get a $250,000 bonus upon sale completion and the allocation of the bonus to his team was up to him. He decided to take it all for himself. What a pig! I then discovered that the previous incompetent CEO had given him a $350,000 loan but he told me it was a handshake deal with the former CEO and that he would not have to repay it. Like I said, chaos. Well, I found the actual paperwork for the loan and on the day he expected to get his $250,000 bonus I put the loan agreement in front of him and I told him he owed us $350,000 and that the $250,000 bonus was going to his team and none to him. He was out to screw his people out of $250,000 and now he owed $350,000. I'd love to know what he said to his wife that night!

There was a woman who bullied my special needs kid half of the last school year. We unfortunately ended up in the same class this year but she seems to have diverted her attention elsewhere. Because as of last night, I found out she was arrested for criminal mischief against another parent/kid in the class. Have sent the mugshot to all my out of town friends and relatives. She is mentally unstable and insanely jealous/sociopathic with respect to ensuring her kids are “the best”.

I am a teacher and last year another teacher was terrible to the SN kids in her class. She made them sit in the corner, would lock them out of the room, refuse to let them participate. We brought our concerns to admin- & were told that we would be in trouble for violating the students privacy. (Principal also sucked) I also (risked my job by) teaching out to an advocacy law firm to connect with mom.
The teacher left for a school in NW and is getting her
*ss handed to her by the parents of her new kids. They are on her for not following the IEP ect. She cries daily about how she’s being unfairly treated and actively talking about changing professions. Good.

I dumped him and told my friends I predicted he would be divorced with a cat at some point. Nothing against cats, but he seemed to really like them.

I looked him up after having contact with a few college friends. He had married a pretty flight attendant who cheated on him. After 2 years they divorced and fought over the cat, LMAO. The judge awarded him visitation, no kidding. He is currently a bachelor living alone.

The other incident I can post was me helping a friend whose husband was cheating. Mainly just advice, but somehow her husband saw my number constantly and figured I was also making his life "miserable". He called me and I pretended to not know who he was. Told him to stop calling. Then I put his number on call forwarding to the police department, LOL. That was the end of his calls. Thankfully they got divorced!

I don't understand this one. You broke up with someone because "it took him longer to get ready plus mirror checks quickly turned me off." Fair enough, but he didn't do anything wrong here. You realized that the two of you were not compatible and you broke up with him. Do why did you want something bad to happen to him, and why are you gleeful that his wife cheated on him if you didn't want to be with him anyway, had broken up with him, and he didn't even do anything wrong to you?

You really are not a very nice person, are you? You sound like the kind of person who would have been a bully in high school ("Yeah, I don't like him, so he deserves it!")

You do allow people to mess you about. You then take a petty and childish revenge. Sad.

Sweetie, this IS a revenge thread.

I really don’t consider it revenge if the revenge seeker ultimately looks more pathetic than the original party. Which is the case here.

As an attorney to a high profile individual, taunted a political opponent that when she went to jail, her "room and board would be free". Now going to jail for 36 months.
