Friend who just retired from Secret Service has confirmed that Melania Trump has moved back to New York for the "foreseeable future" and will now cost us millions in additional protection daily.

He said that the agents assigned to her detail have been told to prepare.

Good for her. And likely better for Barron. I would not have lasted as long as she did.

Trump needs to pay for the extra security.

The claim is that there is a large continuous secret security presence at the parents' house. I don't know whether that claim is true or not, but since you asked how someone would know, that's what they said.

Stop trying this pretend it’s no big deal. Our First Lady spent a week in the hospital for something that’s typically an outpatient procedure. She hasn’t been seen since. She then changed her location on her personal twitter account to NYC, indicating that they have separated. You’re really don’t think this is worth talking about? Especially since her SS protection will cost taxpayers millions upon millions?

SHE IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE WHITE HOUSE. If she wants out, as all sane people do from this Trumpian nightmare, she needs to get out. And Donald needs to pay for her security as part of the divorce settlement. Given all the money the Grifters have taken from Russia, Saudi Arabia, China, not to mention the Kochs and Mercers and Adelson, they’ve certainly got the money.

Damned right she is. She is on the Government payroll, receiving substantial employee benefits and payments-in-kind even if not receiving a salary. She is subject to clearance and disclosure requirements. She has a personal staff of compensated, cleared, on-site Government employees. She has a job to do and it's here.
