"I have the up most respect for..."

Utmost. Utmost.

"I'll have her to call you back"

I'll have her call you back. Or I'll ask her to call you back. You don't have her to call you back.

"Up and Adam"

Up and at 'em!

"Awe! Awe! The baby's so cute"

Aw. It's just Aw or maybe for emphasis, awwww...

"The heightth of the table is.."

Height. Height. There's no 'th' sound after height. Or weight.

"Cheryl and myself are going to the meeting"

Cheryl and I are going to the meeting.

"I love expresso!"

You love espresso. Not ex-press-o.

Do people seriously say 'heighTH'? Never heard it in my 40+ years. Guess I've been hanging out with the wrong crowd.

Legal editor here. Either is acceptable these days. Language evolves.

I just want to say one thing...the reason many many many people in America misspell or misuse everything posted in this thread is that America consists of millions of people from all over the world. For many people in the US English isn't even their first language...as a German native who is trying hard to learn the English language in all its ways I ask you to please keep that in mind before judging people about grammar and spelling. Sure you can correct...that's actually important for people to learn. But don't judge or get annoyed too quickly

The natives are the worst offenders.
