Long way to go? For the 2011s? How? We made it to the ECNL finals in & are currently ranked 4th in country. Our 11s will be fine with an addition of an true offensive threat in the final third.

The only concern I have is the 2011 Assistant Coach. We’ve randomly added her halfway through the year & that to me is odd to say the least. Was the Coach at Beach FC & “leaves” halfway through the year?

She was coaching two ECNL teams in Virginia Beach & leaves them without a coach halfway through the year? Did she leave or was she fired? Her 2012 ECNL team hasn’t won a single game & she leaves them.

Very odd hire. To say the least. Rumor mill is she was fired. Why are we hiring coaches who were fired & can’t win?

Don’t the 2011s have plenty of offensive talent? How do they have 46 goals this season? Are we talking wingers? Cause seems to me that your striker and CAM are pretty amazing.

Anyone know if all of the current Arlington 2011s were already given offers like they were last year? Last year I heard that they were all given offers. If that’s the case this year, what room is there for them to add players? There may be 1 or 2 spots but otherwise they’d be over rostered and not dressing girls.
