He quit MYS in the middle of spring last year.

Arlington's assistant coaches are more qualified than Alexandria's first team head coaches.

That is a fact. Alexandria lacks coaching quality. There a couple that were good but no longer coaching.

Lmao. Now that is comical.

If they are individually good, they will make the team, if you every watch any of the games, you can probably tell what positions they may be looking for for each age group.

This never happens at Arlington. Never will. Mommies and daddies call the shots.

Just because your kid didn't make it then doesn't mean it's not happening this year. They will grab the best players especially for that 2011 group before they want to win the national. All the other older age groups are looking to strengthen the team for the recruiting years and have good performance at showcases.

You Arlington parents ever get tired of the 2011 national champion talk? Long way to go.

Coach Mo is the best!

Whatever mommy and daddy say goes! You can count on Coach Mo delivering for the parents and for the parents alone.

ECNL may be in its last hurrah but its not becuase its watered down. GA has added how many teams in VA? Elite is inherently limited thus ECNL will be just fine with its limited enrollment. Best of the Best need only apply

Long way to go? For the 2011s? How? We made it to the ECNL finals in & are currently ranked 4th in country. Our 11s will be fine with an addition of an true offensive threat in the final third.

The only concern I have is the 2011 Assistant Coach. We’ve randomly added her halfway through the year & that to me is odd to say the least. Was the Coach at Beach FC & “leaves” halfway through the year?

She was coaching two ECNL teams in Virginia Beach & leaves them without a coach halfway through the year? Did she leave or was she fired? Her 2012 ECNL team hasn’t won a single game & she leaves them.

Very odd hire. To say the least. Rumor mill is she was fired. Why are we hiring coaches who were fired & can’t win?

Seems reasonable for a parent to ask where their kiddos coach is from and their background. Especially when they show up half way through the season. Seems like someone’s testy! Is that you coach?

She was fired and her actions since (Futsol YNT) have been questionable at best. But all for the benefit of ARL kids, except a couple. So I am sure most will be happy and some will be distraught. You want to know who those are, look for the parents hovering over IDs.

I did see something on the social media about it. Are you saying the selections weren’t well deserved? Maybe that’s how she got a job with ARL.
