I saw on this site that the median score for Blair SMACS was 273 in 2024 and in the 270s in 2023. And every year, there were always stories of students with scores in the 290s not getting invited. There's no guarantee that it will go up this year.

Oct 31, 2023 — FWIW, I'd heard the median map-m for students admitted last year was mid-270s.

1 week, close to the end of school. Optional. Fun but not a huge deal.

Summer 2024 it was only a week and not a full day. I can’t recall if it was four or five days. It is optional.

My son is from the Walter Johnson cluster and got a 294. Does he have a good shot at getting into Blair?
