Her qualifications were being selected over Klobuchar as Biden’s woman VP and then doing nothing while there. Having a couple good rounds of questions at hearings for the cameras as a Senator and getting sued for prison labor as CA AG? |
I don’t think she was a terrible candidate - for those who were all in on Democrats and four more years of the Biden policies, she was fine. However, most Americans weren’t interested in that, so she lost. |
Or, you know - they are Democrats and most Americans wanted Republicans. It’s not about charisma or sexism. Had she been a Republican, espousing Republican views, perhaps she would have won. DP |
Amazing how blind some democrats are. Hillary was awful. She would have never been there if she wasn’t married to bill. Harris was awful. No original thoughts. Wanted to expand immigration. Never had children. Was half Indian which is the most racist culture in the US. Just politically all wrong |
Again amazing how clueless democrats are 3 Supreme Court picks lost because Hillary lost to an idiot like Trump!!! Hillary wanted to expand H1XXB program and replace US workers with hundreds of thousands of guest workers. https://youtu.be/AOW0cUaGWZU Trump was the ONLY candidate to advocate for less immigration. Both parties push for more immigration to replace US workers. But Democrats used to be the party of labor. And Harris was just as bad. Did nothing about the border crisis and she was tasked with focusing on it. She and Biden said there was nothing they could do for 3.5 years . The BBB had the second most costly item as a tax benefit for coastal elites . If Democrats reduced the overwhelming immigration and focused on US workers first, they would never lose. |
We already established you vote on policies, not DEI. Why is ok for maga to reject a woman based on race and gender and with the same breath expect Democrats to vote for someone against our policies? It is unbelievable how you want to get us in ' heads I win, tails you lose' I will vote Democrat over any Republican. It does not matter if they are black, woman, gay or straight or male. Why do you have rules for us that are different than yours? |
The fact that she doesn't have children should not be a factor. Women don't need to be mothers to succeed |
|
Sears was born in Jamica so never going to be president! |
Hillary actually won more votes than Trump. People voted for her. |
I think many people take the view that people who don’t have children don’t have a vested interest in the future. They have no descendants. It ends with them. |

DP. Wow, the PP's post went right over your head, didn't it? They were being sarcastic. The entire point is that of course Democrats would never vote for a Republican (even a black woman) - but they would also never consider that "sexism or racism." OTOH, when Republicans (obviously) don't vote for a Democrat (woman, POC, etc), that's all you people do - accuse us of "sexism and/or racism" when the reality is, we weren't about to vote for a Democrat. Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton - they didn't win because they are Democrats. Not because of their race or gender. So, to recap: no one "rejected Harris based on her race and gender." You can insist otherwise until you're blue in the face, but you just look stupid. And I will vote Republican over any Democrat. It does not matter if they are black, woman, gay or straight, or male. Get it? |
"tHaT's dIfFeReNt!!" |
Hillary Rodham Clinton. After law school she worked a few years until Bill became governor of Arkansas and she was given a law firm job as a political favor. She was a SAHM in DC and only became a political force after Bill was finally caught. |
