The scoring scale is different for every set of questions. Different questions have different weights; the points per question are not linear, unlike with the paper test. There is no way to answer your question. |
My BC calc student also thought the math was easy. Trying to bring the English score up. Did not think the English portion was easy (took AP Lang in May and got a 5). |
| ^ The reading skills you need in English class are very different from those tested by SAT |
| Are scores out tomorrow? |
Yes I think they are |
| What time will scores be released? |
I thought after midnight |
No. Scores are released in the morning eastern time, usually between 6 and 8. Not all scores are released at once. They are released throughout the day. |
Do the students receive an email notifying them that the scores are available, or do they need to just check it themselves until they are posted? |
Typically an email is sent a couple of hours after the scores are available in the student's College Board account. |
Tomorrow this thread will be overrun with terrified moms..."I don't have my score! I can't see my score! Do you have your score?! Why don't I have my score?!" |
That sounds more like teenagers on Reddit |
Out of interest, how (immigrant parent, took the TOEFL, not the SAT). |
Sorry, meant to respond to the post that said the SAT tested different skills than the English class. |
