IYKYK Jewelry

I’ve had bracelets my whole life and I just play with them too much. I love how permanent my love bracelet is. I don’t like the screw look that’s printed on the top though. I have a small wrist and most bracelets are too big.

Isn't it uncomfortable to sleep with? I would hate lying on something so hard.

I have the smile necklace that I love. People don’t really know it’s Tiffany’s. Also that lock bracelet they have is really pretty on (with the diamonds). Or that classic gold Elsa perreti bone cuff is amazing.

It’s Tiffany. Not “Tiffany’s.” And when you say that? We know.

You don’t have anything better to do? #sad We know.

If you say “Tiffany’s,” we all instantly know what class you belong to, and what class you are striving toward.

Yawn. Are you one of those people that insists you’re correctly pronouncing it “Ralph LeWren” and “Air-May”? Obv it would be embarrassing to mispronounce Cartier, but people say Tiffany and Tiffany’s interchangeably without class anxiety….mostly bc nobody cares that much about it rn.

I was born with a $10m trust fund and I thought it was “Tiffany’s” and I wore one of those silver necklaces in high school.

The bean necklaces? I grew up solidly middle class (midwest middle class, not DCUM middle class) and received one of those for high school graduation. I knew it was Tiffany back then, though.

^^ok this is exactly what I’m talking about.

Just googled and looooooove

Retrouvai sucks my god, Cartier is now ticky-tack to me even the $$$$$$ pieces but Sophie Billie Brahe: swoon, especially the pearl pieces. They would look great with any outfit at all. At a lower price point but I still have some affection for some Ten Thousand Things designs, but merely own two of their very tiny and inexpensive earrings, which are very 90s retread now. I also think Lisa Nading and James Colarusso are interesting.

The only brand worth mentioning in the above word salad is Cartier. No one has ever heard of the rest - talk about "ticky-tack."

Lol. You are ticky-tack with this nonsense. DP

No you don’t feel it at all. Besides you’re supposed to sleep on your back.

OP just needs to find some colonies to loot.

Take a look at Penny Preville's designs. Sold at Tiny Jewel Box

OP, IYKYK that the only people who are impressed by your Cartier, VCA, Tiffany overpriced dreck are the tacky striver TikTok moms on your culdesac.

I initially hesitated on the Love for this very reason. I am someone who removes all jewelry before bed. Now, I have 2 (a classic and a small). I don’t even feel them when I sleep.

While I get OPs point about looking for IYKYK, I think jewelry is overpriced in general even when it’s not popular. And I love jewelry! I can’t believe someone is paying Ippolita $2kfor three stone earrings, Anita Ko $7k for a diamond coil ring, or Sophie Brahe $11k for an initial ring? I guess they aren’t as saturated as Cartier and VCA, but what makes those any more worth the money?

yawn. Glad you are happy with your boring, cheap stuff.

I have a few pieces of IYKYK jewellery, but most are high-end Cartier and Harry Winston that are not adverised publicly. A nice strand of 18" Mikimoto pearls would be a good place to start for you.
