Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS)
Is it legal? |
The way he didn’t report it on his campaign finance reports was probably illegal. That’s what the FCNP article was about. |
Seconded |

I’ve forwarded this to my legal counsel for review.

Are you threatening people for posting on DCUM? Great campaign strategy. Btw, it’s the “Commonwealth of Virginia” not the “State of Virginia.” Anyone running for office should know that. |

As a DC Suburban mom, I’d to know why the Karl Frisch campaign and other groups are trying to attack gun violence issues to candidate Tony Sabio.
Is this the official policy of the Democrat Party and end gun violence advocates to stigmatize soldiers and former military and Intel community members who served to defend our country as gun-toting radicals? Is the official policy of Paul Friedman and others to try to disqualify candidates who served in our military? If that’s the case, you’ve not only lost my vote, but you’ve lost the vote of every single member of my community on the base. |
Hi JPS

Hi Norma |
I salute Tony for his service but auctioning off a gun for your campaign is disqualifying. |
|
No wonder he's contacting his lawyers. He's in big legal trouble. |
Thanks for posting a link so we can all see it for ourselves. |
I wonder if he reported it to the ATF. Apparently you have to do that? |
| Sabio broke the law. It is illegal to raffle off guns for political campaigns. https://www.virginiamercury.com/blog-va/gun-raffles-benefiting-political-campaigns-are-illegal-virginia-ag-says/#:~:text=By%3A%20Graham%20Moomaw%20%2D%20October%206%2C%202020%204%3A06%20pm&text=Virginia%20Attorney%20General%20Mark%20Herring,giving%20it%20to%20the%20winner. |
